Supreme Green in #Iphoneography

Supreme Green greetings friends!! The biggest subject that comes about through conversation is my chosen methods to film this past year. I understand #Iphoneography isn't for everyone, although it is... Just like all Tech it's all about how its viewed.  For instance when I see a I-device I see a tool, one which allows anyone to reach everyone and not just for gaming purposes. I pose a question have you ever seen a time when one person had the ability to produce a weekly  video package 98% alone?  There isn't even a title for someone who does this. So, in lieu of this today I'll coin it for you it's " Uni-Provident" or "Uni-Provid". This my friends would not be about with out #Iphoneography. For we are now in the a time when artists are recording mix-tapes by way of I-device. I elude to make this into a Apple advert instead, to lead the cutting edge and knowledge of what a citizen journalist can do on the spot or in my case per week. For the folks who would like a bit of insight into video #Iphoneography, It's all about camera roll everthing; also I specify video as opposed to picture, because upon research one only seems to find pages and forums on the picture side of things.

Mr. Big Teeth

So, I didn't expect this to become such a hit. Thank you all very much!

Although I wasn't planning on filming for a bit it looks like we will be at Chopsticks attending the event mentioned below. One, might ask why our love of street art and its many components? My answer to this is when I was much younger and had an Afro, wore baggy clothes and knew nothing of ITAL, or the dread; I too expressed myself in this manner. So for me it's sort of like a throw back to my early adulthood. As usual big ups to the slappers and their folks.

This brings me to the subject of community and the place I endearingly call 'boy's club', which is better know as Chopsticks Urban Art Space. You could almost consider this my artistic introduction to Oakland and 'Funk Town' alike. The moment I walked into the doors I was inspired to pull my camera out and take as many pictures my I-device could hold. It's not a far stretch to say the times I've experienced at chopsticks are some of the best times I've had in the town thus far. Community wise, this place is no ordinary gallery it's a urban art space; somewhere between a art playground and a community center. With that said friends be sure to join us at the Oakland Zoo where pony rides aren't permitted, but you can feel free to bring lettuce to feed the gorillas...

As many of you know THEGREENSCENETV.com loves Oakland and vice versa, and with full acknowledgement in the fact; we're lacking in our commitment to female artists as well as the VERDANT part of being urban and fun. In  lieu of this, after we return from a brief break from production to reformat from 'The season of the Rapper' and return a bit more to our -roots-. Not to worry friends, we will have more rapper guests; its just that as your indie/urban arts news source we feel it is best to cover a broader spectrum of our experience here in the 'town'.  We would like to thank our prior guests who are Rappers and exalt the truest meaning of the such, we all should be thankful to them, because from what I've seen 'it's honestly hard to be a rapper of rich substance and community purpose.'..... Looking forward we're planning the return of the medical Cannabis taste tests along with a few surprises as usual.  We'd like to thank you all for tuning in every week to watch us grow into a show of universal abundance. #Iphoneography
